Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App.
Account Registration
Creating an Account
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
User Content
Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos, images, and other content you upload to the App ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, share, or otherwise make available any content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
- Contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials
- Contains private information of any third party without their consent
- Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity
- Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group
Shared Albums
Creating and Sharing Albums
The App allows you to create albums and share them with other users. When you create a shared album:
- You control who can access and contribute to the album
- Photos contributed by other users to your album become part of the shared collection
- You are responsible for managing album permissions and access
Contributing to Shared Albums
When you contribute photos to another user's album:
- Your photos become accessible to the album owner and other permitted users
- The album owner may have the ability to download, view, and manage your contributed photos as part of the album
- You grant other album participants the right to view your contributed photos within the context of the shared album
Intellectual Property Rights
App Ownership
The App and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by First Guide Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks
"Bezl" and related marks are trademarks of First Guide Limited. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIRST GUIDE LIMITED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.
